Except for the courses that indicate specific initial dates (for example the intesive courses), the best day to register is Monday.

If you need to talk to us outside of those hours, please contact us via e-mail or whatsapp, and we can schedule an appointment just for you.
In order to reserve and secure your place before the course starts, you can pay 45€ in advance, which will be deducted from the total amount due on the first day of class.
You can also do a quarterly, semi-annual or one year payment, that way you can benefit from some interesting discounts.

You must make the transfer at least 5 days before starting the contracted course.

You can pay at the school on your first day of class (only Euros). Due to security reasons we do not accept payment via postal way.
Terms and conditions
Certificate of Attendance
For all courses you have fully attended and that have been passed by any evaluation (in case it is required), you can receive a Certificate of Attendance from our school.
There is no official title for the classes taken at our school, unless it is for a formal education. In order to receive an official certificate, we offer preparatory courses held outside of Malagalingo’s premises, at specific centres who are doing exams. The cost of our courses do not include any registration for those centres.
At the student’s disposal at our school, there is the regulatory decree 84/2004 stating the rights of information and the protection of the economic rights of the students who take non-formal classes.
Pre-payment or Advance
For the reservation of your place before the start of the course, the payment of an advance of € 45 is recommended to guarantee the reservation of your place in the selected course. This advance payment will be deducted from the total amount of the course on your first day at school.
This advance payment is especially recommended in intensive courses in which the number of students is limited to 6, to ensure one of the 6 places when you decide.
The down payment of the advance will be deducted from the total amount of the course on the first day at school.
Your reservation will only be definitively confirmed when we have received the deposit of the advance of € 45 and you have sent us a copy of the transfer document to admin@malagalingo.com.
Cancellations
Before the 20 days prior to the start of the course: Malagalingo will return to the student the amount of the deposit of € 45.
From the 20 working days prior to the beginning of the course or with the non-presentation of the student, no refunds are contemplated.
Other conditions
The payment of the courses will always be made before the start date of the course. In case of not having paid the fee before the beginning of the course, and not having notified his / her withdrawal / absence, Malagalingo may cancel the student’s enrollment by understanding that he / she does not wish to continue and cannot guarantee its continuity in the group.
Malagalingo, in its methodology and ideology will encourage the change and / or exchange of teachers to habituate the student to all accents. Such changes will not be grounds for claim.
The student’s absences, for any reason, will not be recoverable. Once paid the monthly payment or monthly payments corresponding to the course contracted, this amount will in no case be returned for reasons beyond Malagalingo.
The official calendar of the Community of Torrox, Malaga will not be school days. These days will not be recoverable. The months with less school hours due to holidays or vacations will not be compensated in any way.
Insurance
Malagalingo has a civil liability insurance that covers the contingencies of the students in the school premises.
On the other hand, the Spanish Social Security service offers health care to the citizens of the European Union after presenting the necessary documentation obtained in their country of origin. Students from other countries outside the European Union are advised to consult their Spanish Social Security insurance company.
Malagalingo recommends hiring travel insurance to cover the possibility that medical attention is required.
Calendar of Public holidays of Torrox
The school will remain closed on the holidays of the Torrox Málaga work calendar, in addition to a week at Christmas.
These are public holidays in Torrox:

- 6th December: Constitution Day

- 26th December: Christmas Day
In addition, the school will be closed for a full week at Christmas.
Classes not taught during these holidays and Christmas holidays will not be recovered and their amount will not be refundable.
